Outstanding! I gave Nick a list of things to do and he got everything done quickly. We scheduled a follow up for one issue and he came back quickly and got the job done quickly. PLUS, they called to ask me how everything was! This team "gets" customer service and I will definitely use them again.

I took on the task of replacing 3 toilets and a vanity faucet for my parents’ home. With my father being ill for some time, I inherited some of the follow up and maintenance required for their home. I am so glad I chose Genevie Plumbing for the necessary plumbing work! From the first phone call for estimates, and several other calls for follow up questions, they were courteous and thorough. Amy fielded my multiple calls and scheduled my appt seamlessly. On the day of the appt, they showed up ON TIME, finished the work within the 3 hr estimated timeframe, and charged me exactly what was quoted. Fixed a diverter issue for our shower. they took the time to go to several places to locate the part, arrived when promised, and were very thorough in ensuring the fix worked and there were no leaks. Great job.
