And they greeted the new cat (a Siberian) enthusiastically, and on his fourth visit called out his name when we entered for a checkup. The assistants and the receptionists are also very welcoming. Yes, with a Jaguar parking can be difficult but the advantages of having caring vets and staff makes up for it.“

“I really appreciate cat-only clinics — the staff are always so attuned to feline needs and provide wonderful care. I’ve been taking my cat to NOVA Cat Clinic for three years and highly recommend it to other cat parents. The vets and techs are sensitive to my cat’s preferences, gentle during exams, and take time to explain everything clearly. When my cat shows signs of stress, they never push; instead, they suggest coming back another day for bloodwork if needed, which makes visits much more comfortable for all of us. “Amazing experience I got my two boys groomed. They are senior dogs and have some arthritis in the back legs and some skin issues. She worked with and bathed them with a special shampoo for skin allergy. Also got recommended products for skin allergies and possible different diets for allergy sensitive dogs. She sent me pictures through out and updated me with anything I needed to know. Quick to responded and very timely. I recommend Anyone taking their time to do research on a good groomer to definitely take you dogs here. I couldn’t have had a better experience.“

The staff rotates through the cats to let them out individually to explore, play, and get extra attention throughout the day. They send daily photos and report cards, perfect for an anxious parent like me. The staff is caring, attentive, and communicative. My cat always comes home healthy and happy. Our newly adopted dog had some issues with demand barking, not being able to relax, etc. Through training sessions with Susie we learned a number of strategies and commands (and fun games) that helped our pup settle in to her new home!
