Due to travel issues and multiple cancelled flights (this was during the TSA fiasco) I was late to my much needed massage. Kaala was so friendly and calming and went above and beyond to help me. She helped calm my frustrations from the previous 24 hours of chaotic travel, and was able to work out all my stress. Her technique was incredible. She knew just what to do, and what pressure to use. My entire experience with The Heavens Spa was amazing, from start to finish. I called several times as I was driving to the appointment after being flown in to a different airport than originally scheduled, having to take multiple forms of public transit to the original airport to pick up my rental car, and then finally driving to the Spa. Each time I called the receptionist was friendly and compassionate. When I finally arrived they were so understanding and helpful. As an owner myself I completely understand busy schedules and the importance of keeping appointment times, but also doing your best to work with special situations when you can, and the team at The Heavens did just that, and in a way that truly made me feel cared for and appreciated as a client.
