It wasn't my first time at Moonshadow, but it was my first with Sean. Sean was excellent. He clearly explained what he was doing and what else I could do to help my shoulders. I will be returning to Sean again. For those women who might be concerned - have no fear - you will not feel that you have been hit with a chair in a wrestling match the next day. These guys know what they are doing. Sean continuously asked about the pressure he was using.
Tom is amazing. I have chronic pain and need lighter work, and he has an attentive and gentle touch. I love all of the little details he has put into creating his practice and space. Highly recommend this practice!
I'm going to give Thomas 4 stars just so you know this is a real person who is not writing for financial incentive, etc. But really, my experience with Thomas at Moonshadows over the years has been 5 stars. The environment is very calming, and I have had great experiences coming either for relaxation or for working on problematic areas. I like that his intake form asks up front which areas you are and are not comfortable having massaged. And you get the full time--if you pay for a 90-min massage, you get 90 minutes on the table. Nothing but good things to say. He's probably the best massage therapist I've ever had.
