I love the space and my masseuses have all been great. But I do think some of the pricing/services are on the higher side and not always intuitive. For example, I booked a 60 min massage plus an add on foot treatment. I found out when my service was concluded that they subtract time from the massage to provide the add on. You pay full price for each service. Other spas I’ve been to do the additional treatment as an addition….
I love going to the still point, the people are so nice, atmosphere soothing and can't get enough of those biscuits! Sydney is amazing! I have never had acupuncture before and she now has been hooked!
I love it there so much, I signed up for their monthly subscription to receive a service each month. The staff are amazing, the waiting area is tranquil, the massage was exquisite, and the sauna was the perfect ending to a cold and snowy day.
