Acupuncture has changed my life. I’m so grateful to have found Betty at Block Wellness. I initially tried acupuncture during a time of severe sciatica and bulging disc pain. Betty developed a treatment plan and within a couple weeks I was back to 80-90%. Within a couple months, my chronic back issues completely disappeared and are practically nonexistent at this point. I now only have to go for maintenance. It’s always a great experience and allows me an opportunity to check in with how my body is feeling and what to focus on that visit. I can’t stop telling people about this office and specifically Betty’s care and expertise.
I have been so fortunate to be seen by Eliza for acupuncture for more than a year. A year later, and I see so many positive changes to my health and pain management. I can't recommend her enough!
I also have seen Dr. Shelby for chiropractic services and both Tori and Jamilla for hot stone massages. Everyone that works there is wonderful and they all do great work. It has been such a boon to me to be a patient here as it has made such a difference in my physical and mental wellness. Don't hesitate to schedule with them.

My diagnosis of Sacro-Illiac joint and neuro-muscular imbalance is cause of pain. The pain was excruciating 11/2 years ago. Using DR. Block's holistic approach : Correction, Empathy, Kindness she and Acupuncturist helped me get back to minimal pain and no longer need Rollator or cane!
