This company delivers spot on service. Great return response with appraisals; sample shingle colors upon request; quick turn around time on scheduling and very professional team of hard workers. We were well pleased with the safety standards of Ruff Roofers staff they didn’t take any short cuts when it came to employee safety; property safety and homeowners safety.Before pictures, work in progress and finished roof installation.Kudos to Ruff Roofers.Services: Gutter installation

I can't speak highly enough about Ruff Roofers! When we discovered a leak in our townhouse roof, we were in a bit of a panic. Fortunately, Ruff Roofers came to our rescue and exceeded our expectations in every way.First and foremost, their timeliness was impressive. When they promised to be there, they were there – no delays or excuses. That alone was a breath of fresh air compared to other service experiences I've had. Their professionalism was also top-notch. We had trouble finding a recommendation for a roofer from our neighbors when we needed a small repair due to wind damage. We happened to see a Ruff Roofers truck on the highway as we were traveling near our home and decided we would give them a call. On that call we gave our information and were promised a call back. We were pleasantly surprised when we indeed received a return call that same day and were given an appointment for an initial assessment the following day!
