Following several days of high winds, I discovered that some slate tiles on my roof had shifted. I emailed Rich P. with my concerns, and he responded promptly within minutes. The very next day, Ruff Roofers had a crew on site to assess and address the issues.
Melvin and his team performed the repairs with great care and professionalism. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Working with Matt, Ryan and Jorge was incredible, they were all very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work they would do.

Ruff’s competence, service and execution are exceptional and really “off the charts”. Our project experience was rewarding and enjoyable. They exhibit incredible pride in their work. Everyone on their team was friendly, helpful and skilled. We feel so fortunate that we contracted with Ruff for our new slate and metal roof and copper chimney caps on our historic home.
