While getting our house ready to sell, an inspection showed a possible furnace issue. Tony came out after hours, which really helped since we needed a quick answer. He ran full furnace diagnostics and found that a safety switch had been shorted, likely from someone previously working around the unit. There is a good reason they are rated so highly, and I am very glad I called. I recently bought a home that had been converted from a duplex into a single-family house, and the HVAC setup was outdated and not working well for the space. The furnaces were older units, and there was no central AC at all. I got several estimates, and this team offered the best overall value, but even beyond price, their service and professionalism made the choice easy. nicolas was an excellent tech, professional, friendly, and courteous. He clearly explained what he was checking and what was causing the heating problem with our furnace. He answered my questions well, and i would highly recommend him to others. He is a definite asset. About an hour later, tony came by and went over new furnace and ac system options. Since our older hvac system had needed several repair visits, we decided it was the right time to replace the furnace, thermostat, ac, and humidifier.
