Randy was a huge help. Quick to respond and was awesome working with me getting all the info ahead of time AND letting me know what I had done wrong (my attempt to fix my issue did not go as planned). I would absolutely recommend to everyone.

My HVAC was 21+ years old and died in May. After getting ghosted twice and 4 estimates all from other companies, Smith and Son came in, talked to me (not at me) and explained what they’d do, how they’d do it, and which products they’d use. They answered my questions and didn’t rush me. It was sad how refreshingly decent they were and that decency came across in their estimate even more. It was the most reasonably priced, but how they interacted with me won me over before I saw the estimate. Fast response times. Communicative. Affordable. Friendly. Professional. No hassle. Didn't attempt to upsell or over charge. The whole process from initial inquiry to completion was A1.
