I was given an 2-hour window from 9-11a and the tech showed up at 9. Talked for a few about my concerns and was able to quickly diagnose and remedy the issue. Can’t beat that. 5/5 recommend.
TACK mechanical was quick and extremely professional from start to finish. Payments were easy! Hopefully I don’t need them anytime soon but I would call them back in a heartbeat! I would definitely recommend!
Fantastic service. Our air conditioning broke on a holiday weekend during a bad heat wave. We had originally scheduled with a different company and they never showed up or answered my phone calls. By the time it was clear the other company was not going to come most other options were closed or not accepting appointments until the following week. Tack Mechanical was the only company offering true emergency service. They scheduled us immediately and came and fixed our air conditioning at 1 AM!
