Erick is fantastic to work with. He helped me recover videos of my wife's mother who is no longer with us from a laptop over a decade old. We got out videos back in about a day, Erick went out of his way to get us the files during a very busy weekend. My wife and I greatly appreciate the work he did and the timeliness of it. Erick has now "saved me" twice. He has now resolved two totally different PC issues: keeping an old Dell going so my Mom didn't need to buy something new - and most recently taking care an unexpected battery failure to get me back up & running asap. I feel fortunate to know exactly who to call should any PC trouble arise! Now my local co-workers are asking - wait... you have a PC doctor?? Yes I do!
