I had already determined data wasn't being backed up to the cloud (an oversight on my part), so was of course devastated thinking all my photos/contacts/etc would be forever lost! Ned from BosnaTech quickly responded to my initial inquiry, provided clear instructions on how to send my phone in the BosnaTech service center (I lived too far way to drop it off), and said he would do his best to recover the data. In the end Ned was able to recover the data and transfer it to a flash drive, which he mailed to me along with the phone.
