When my first set of replacement Lindberg lenses -- I bought the original frame and lenses there ten years ago, in 2013 -- when my first set of replacement lenses didn't feel like they were giving me the improved vision they should have, the staff quickly arranged for a new eye appointment with their in-house optometrist, made some suggestions as to how the lenses could be adjusted, then provided a replacement set, without charge. Couple of weeks later, here I am, seeing like an eagle! Lindberg glasses are not cheap, of course -- but the service here exceeds even the quality of the glasses. Best investment in my eyes I ever made!“

I have allergies to silicone nose pads and Katherine went above and beyond to find a non-silicone pair which I’m very pleased with. “I had to bring my 90-year-old mother-in-law in for an annual check-up. She is wheelchair bound. The services received by Dr. McAlear AND the front desk staff were amazing. The first thing I noticed ... the door was already open before we got to it to help me roll her in, and the wait was very short. Dr. McAlear came out first to talk to us briefly about what would be most comfortable for my MIL during the exam. She stayed in her transport chair throughout, so he had to actually move this exam chair in the room to make room for her transport chair. His exam was thorough, and he spoke clearly and slowly so my MIL could understand him. She felt very respected. They all did everything they could to make it a positive experience for both her and me. I would definitely recommend him!!“
