“I can't recommend Dr. Glidden enough. I have a back injury, and had no form of pain relief until I started seeing her. She does various treatments that not only relieve my pain, but are also correcting my spine. In the short amount of time I've been seeing her, I've been able to walk better, and have noticed less pain throughout my day. She's also helped me understand my injury more, and I just feel like it's a blessing that I ended up going here. If you are in pain you should come here. You will thank yourself later!“

“BSM was recommended for PT after my knee meniscus repair. I told them I wanted to be ready to train asap for my climb in the Cascades later in the summer. Emily and Kyra were on board right away. Their commitment and professional dedication to my recovery was awesome. They pushed me to push myself with all of their focus, humor and kindness. The entire BSM staff are wonderful and would recommend them for any of your PT needs.“

“Rachel has been a fantastic for my acl and meniscus repair rehab. I’ve been working with her for the past 9 months and she’s helped me so much in feeling more comfortable and confident in my strength and mobility. As an athlete my entire life, it was very disheartening to not be able to do even just the basics post surgery, and Rachel got me back to running, mobility, and jump drills. She is very knowledgeable in the space and was especially a great help with a couple setbacks/complications I had early on in my rehab process. Rachel was always willing to move at my pace while also challenging me each session. I would highly recommend Bay State. Everyone, from the receptionist to the other trainers, was always very kind and welcoming, and it was a very encouraging space. Thanks to everyone for helping my rehab journey.“

“I can’t say recommend The Method enough. I worked with Claire for prenatal support beginning in my third trimester until about 5 months postpartum. Each visit is completely customized to your needs and Claire helped me with everything from hip pain to pelvic floor therapy to wrist strengthening (a must for carrying twins around!). I was able to get back to safely exercising with modifications that Claire provided and she was always available via email/the app to answer questions. It was amazing to find a PT clinic that has so much expertise in women’s health and postpartum recovery - they were able to anticipate where I needed support before I even knew what to ask.“

JumpStart has guided me through my journey with excellent support of my rehabilitation needs and any concerns I had where I could just text them and they would give me a great response back. Ryan has been the main person I have worked with but all physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable and all have my trust to work with. Always a pleasure working with JumpStart.“

PhysioX Physical Therapy

“As a coach and trainer with over 25 years of experience, I’m always looking to expand my knowledge—especially when it comes to intentional, optimal movement that I can pass on to my clients. The workshop with the PhyziX team was invaluable.

We all walked away with a deeper understanding of how the body compensates, why certain movement patterns develop, and—most importantly—how to correct them. The PhyziX team guided us through it all with incredible clarity, hands-on technique correction, and thoughtful answers to every question.

This experience wasn’t just educational—it was empowering. Education + application are key pillars of living FIERCELy, and PhyziX delivered both. I’m truly a better coach (and weight lifter!) because of it.

Whether you’re a trainer, coach, or team looking to elevate your movement knowledge and pain-relief strategies, I highly recommend connecting with PhyziX. It’s always worth it. ?

“I went in to see Dr. Morley with pain down my left leg that woke me up at night and would not allow me to get comfortable. I even had gone to an ER, where the doc told me it likely was just restless leg syndrome and take some Tylenol. Sure. That didn’t work. She probed and decided that some of the soft tissues were rather severely inflamed, then massaged, stretched, used some sort of electro-stimulator gizmo and gently manipulated. She then showed me hip stretches and an easy core strengthening exercise that even could be done in bed. All that gave some relief, stretching and ibuprofen that night helped reduce the pain more, and after 2 more days, the pain was gone and I could move more freely and without pain. Periodic “tune-ups” with her since then have kept the hip flexible and the pain away.“

“The team is fantastic! I would give them 6 stars if I could. Both compassionate and kind, yet strict enough to make sure you do your exercises. Just what one needs from physical therapy! I felt like Caty always found time to listen to my concerns and always treated me with kindness. There were plenty of laughs and while I am glad I don’t need PT anymore I miss seeing my friends at PPT in Newton. 10 months post ACL/MCL reconstruction and back to all my favorite sports. I could not be happier.“

“The South Boston Bay State site is convenient, clean and professionally run. My physical therapist Liz F. was personable and confident in her therapy role. Evaluation for my hip injury was thorough/precise and my exercise plan reflected that. Every week ended with a positive. After working with Liz, I can now bend, tie my sneakers, get in and out of a car without pain. The outcome was better than I could have hoped. Thank you, Liz.“

“My PT, Kerry, was fantastic. She was always very thorough and professional. She is quite an expert at what she does. Kerry always made me feel heard and cared about my progress. She helped me to feel a lot better and get back to a more physically comfortable life. The front desk staff and assistant PTs were always accommodating and friendly. It is the most well run and professional PT company that I have dealt with and I have been to quite a few. This place is top notch. It is so nice to see Trainer Bob there too. He has had such a positive impact on the town of Norwood’s youth through the years. Thanks Marathon PT for great experience!“

“Zoe is the absolute best! I have never left a Google Review for something in my life but I felt that this needed to be shared. I started training for the Boston Marathon as a non-runner and was met with many aches and pains. Zoe took me in and helped me every step of the way. She is incredibly thoughtful, attentive, knowledge, and a true professional in the space. I would recommend absolutely anyone to Zoe! You’d be lucky to have her.“

“The absolute BEST treatment center I have ever been to. Excellent physical therapy and life-changing sports massages. I wish I had found out about this place years ago. I saw Dr. Kayla Serowik and Dr. Christine Frechette for physical therapy, and both of them were amazing. Not only did they show me the exercise to treat my issues, they also helped educate me on what I could do to prevent future injuries. On top of that, they were both incredibly patient and encouraging - therapeutic on multiple levels! I also get sports massages from Michelle Herrmann, and this has been a game changer. I have gone to a wide variety of skilled massage therapists (sports, deep tissue, Thai, etc.), and Michelle is the best, by far. Her massages are so healing and have helped my performance so much, as well as stave off potential injuries! Before going to Wellness in Motion, I really struggled to progress in any sport because I got injured so often. Now, with the amazing combination of physical therapy and sports massages, my body is healthier and stronger than it has been in over 20 years! Incredibly grateful for this place. Several of my friends have gone here as well, all with similar experiences. Most of them have gone to see Lauren Lozier, who is also amazing!“
