Matt Kraft provided me with absolutely excellent care, from a thorough diagnostic session and through all the stages of my recovery. He helped me understand my issue and the progression of my recovery, and kept the pace and rigor of exercises just right. I am so thankful and cannot recommend him enough.Adam and the other practitioners are also great and friendly, this practice creates a very comfortable rehabilitative environment.

After doing PT at another clinic with little results, I am happy to have tried again at Bay State PT West Rox. Matt gave me a thorough assessment at the start, which included offering new information about reasons for my discomfort. Adam worked with me with enthusiasm and kindness, which was a big motivator. He listened to me closely and adjusted my exercise regimen when at one point I felt pain increase, which made a big difference. I went to Bay State for a hip and back injury for several months. AnnaMaria and Nate are great PT's, very patient, always willing to help with exercise form as well as proper breathing. I found it easy to get early morning appointments on the days needed and the front desk staff is attentive. Highly recommend!!
