The staff are very nice. I think they could use more staff& also better spacing @ apoiimtments. I arrived early in hopes my son would be taking early. No luck okay. However at least be on time. His ( P.T.) Did not call for him til about 10 minutes past his apointment. Also not sure about this but this is the lay out. Everyone is out in the open. Only one private room.maybe this is common. The P.T. also was working with another patient at the same time as my son's. No flexibility in times or days because of the physical Therapist allotted schedule.
I've been to Bay State PT three times. Even though the team changes from time to time I am never disappointed in the care I receive.
