Today marks my seventh session, and I have been very impressed by your team's attentiveness and expertise. I am pleased to report that my pain level has dropped significantly. My muscle and joint function has improved to the point where I can now stand up from a chair without using my hands for leverage, and I no longer experience discomfort when walking up or down stairs.

I have been going for a bit over a month & it’s truly a lovely place! Everyone is super friendly and the therapists are really great at what they do. If you have PT needs, I would highly recommend BSPT in Randolph 🙃
Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to this survey. Just want to say that I was treated by this very competent and compassionate staff, (in particular Vidhi, Physical Therapist and Jennifer, Physical Therapist Assistant) at Bay State’s Randolph site. The strengthening exercises and maneuvers that they performed helped tremendously to improve my back pain. I have little to no pain now!! Thank you Bay State!!
