Rear of Building, 915 Commonwealth Ave, Boston“I had a fantastic PT experience here over the past year or so. My PT Olivia was very knowledgeable and professional. I learned a lot managing injuries and how to navigate the recovery process. I'm very satisfied with the level of attention and thought she put into my plan. I was able to recover from my chronic leg injuries while still running half marathons and a marathon throughout the year!
Administrative things like payments and scheduling are also pretty frictionless here. They validate your parking for the lot in the back.“

540 Gallivan Blvd 2nd Floor, Dorchester“I just started my physical therapy journey a couple months ago but I have nothing less of amazing things to say about bay state physical therapy. They’re so knowledgeable about everything you’re experiencing and put you right on track. It seems like every time I walk out, I feel so much better. Dr. Alex is so awesome to work with during chiropractic appointments. He is very personable and always makes sure you’re comfortable. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs physical therapy.“

64 Arlington St, Boston“I’d been dealing with IT band issues for 2 years and had seen other PTs before. Working with Jordan was the first time I specifically chose someone who specializes in runners, and it made a huge difference. I noticed improvement within the first week of working with him and doing the exercises he gave me, was able to get through long runs pain-free a few weeks later, and completed a marathon 8 weeks after consistently working with him.
Jordan is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and really collaborative in his approach. He was always responsive to questions (even outside of our sessions!) and helped me feel confident navigating training along the way. I genuinely don’t think I could’ve run a marathon without his help.“

19 Wexford St, Needham“My kids and I have been going here for several months (multiple days per week). My 1:1 training sessions have been excellent. Working with Adam has really motivated me to get back into shape for all the sports I like to play (primarily tennis). My kids are teens and Pure Performance has amazing programs for young athletes who want to do off field/court training with trainers who have experience working with this cohort. No matter what time of day I’m at the gym (I’m writing this in July), there are high school and college athletes working hard with their friends— it’s a great vibe. Highly recommended!“

Brian expertly guided me through each phase of my rehabilitation, developing personalized exercise and strength-training programs that significantly expedited my recovery. His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to his patients are exceptional. I highly recommend Work It Out PT to anyone seeking expert physical therapy care.“

209 Columbus Ave LL8, Boston“I went in to see Dr. Morley with pain down my left leg that woke me up at night and would not allow me to get comfortable. I even had gone to an ER, where the doc told me it likely was just restless leg syndrome and take some Tylenol. Sure. That didn’t work. She probed and decided that some of the soft tissues were rather severely inflamed, then massaged, stretched, used some sort of electro-stimulator gizmo and gently manipulated. She then showed me hip stretches and an easy core strengthening exercise that even could be done in bed. All that gave some relief, stretching and ibuprofen that night helped reduce the pain more, and after 2 more days, the pain was gone and I could move more freely and without pain. Periodic “tune-ups” with her since then have kept the hip flexible and the pain away.“

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. Rachel and Molly are not only friendly and fun to talk to but very knowledgeable and professional. I was nervous going into PT as someone who’s suffered from chronic back pain but the progress I’ve felt even in this month of work is really encouraging. The exercises and motions are explained clearly and I feel confident in what I’m doing while being coached with encouraging words. I leave each session feeling better and looking forward to the next. I expected to feel like these were appointments I’d have to drag myself to but I feel enthusiastic about each time I go. The facility is also very nice and clean with professional equipment and everything you need. I couldn’t recommend it more for anyone who might need a little help.“
