I came to Bay State Physical Therapy to recover from a full Achilles rupture from pickleball in February 2026. Megan worked with me for the past 6 months to regain my strength and confidence in my ability to return to sports. She was extremely comforting during a time I felt very vulnerable. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive throughout this process. I didn’t want to leave once I was healed! Thankfully Megan let me do a Legends of the Hidden Temple obstacle course for my graduation. This group is the best.

Reviews
I was extremely impressed from my first interaction with Sean all the way until the very end of my therapy. He was patient and knowledgeable and beyond professional. He knew when to give me extra and when we needed a less than type of day! I loved my experience and my neck and shoulder are back to feeling 100% ! Thankful
I can’t recommend Bay State PT enough for helping patients to recover quickly from muscle, tendon, or joint replacement procedures. Megan Gendron, Doctor of PT and Claire have worked with me since mid May to help me restore full strength and mobility after total hip replacement surgery on 5/6/26. They are always prompt and the office is spacious and a perfect spot to work through therapy sessions. I’m pleased to report as of July 8th I was able to return to playing golf and able to use my full swing to hit the golf ball without pain and will play 36 holes this weekend. I couldn’t have done this so quickly without their knowledge, skill, and professionalism.
