4 months ago, I began my search for a detail-oriented, return-to-sport physical therapist to help with my severe ankle sprain. 4 months later, I feel extremely fortunate that I came across Dr. Rachel, who hands-down provided the best care I have ever received and could have imagined.

As someone who plays basketball and tennis at a minimum 4 times a week and is active every day, I was very down after a bad left ankle sprain. What was initially diagnosed as a 6-8 week recovery by the orthopedic surgeon quickly proved itself to be much more complicated, as the initial swelling itself was extremely pronounced and took multiple weeks to subside.
