This is hands down the best place you can come to for PT in the Cambridge area. I primarily worked with Sam, though saw a few other PT's here and there (shoutout to Kayla and Nestor!). Sam was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout my recovery process, explaining exercises fully and being flexible with appointment availability. Everyone from the front desk to all the physical therapists and aids here are warm, welcoming, and fun to talk to during sessions. Absolutely recommend- plus they put on some great music!

I had a very positive experience. My PT Dr. Kayla Pinzur swiftly diagnosed the issue and devised a program that was easy to follow. I was able to get back to regular routine by the end of the program. Kayla was also patient with answering any questions I had.

I was a two-time patient of Baystate Central square for a meniscus and ACL repair for over a year. Having been to many PT clinics in the past decade, this one was BY FAR the best experience and outcomes I have had. The main driver of that was the therapist Nestor, who is exceptionally patient-centric and does a fantastic job calibrating PT session based on where you are in your journey. Nestor helped me build strength safely and accelerated me back to the activities I enjoy with no pain. Thanks Nestor!
