“Kelly's Property Services installed seven large Marvin Ultimate windows on the front our home (3 large bay windows along with casement and picture windows) to replace the original 40 yr-old windows. Dennis’s carpentry team took care of the window removal and installation, and Scott’s painting team painted all the windows on the inside, and did some additional interior and exterior house painting. We were very happy with the management of the project - Dennis and Scott were very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had, and they coordinated the project throughout so there was no downtime. The carpenters and painters were all terrific - they were meticulous in their work, their end-of-day clean-ups were spotless, and they were all just very nice guys. They arrived on time, fixed the door and frame in a few hours. Thanks to you and your workers, my. door works even better than it did.
Recently a storm blew a few shingles off the roof of the house. I'm 88, and wasn't going to get on the roof to fix it. I called contractors they said the job was too small for them. When I called Alcantara Construction he said he was doing a job in the area and would stop by and look at it. Before I knew it him and his workers had a ladder on the roof, fixed it, and left.
