“We had an amazing experience with Scott Lambert Plumbing.
Out of nowhere we experienced a sudden leak that began flooding our basement. Not knowing where to turn, we called a neighbor who immediately and strongly recommended Scott. Upon calling him he instructed me take emergency steps and was at our house quickly. He rectified the problem. Crisis averted and additionally this took place on a Friday before a holiday weekend. We can’t thank him enough and intend to have him return for a major project that we need done.“

“We purchased a home 11 years ago that had a Grinder Pump for the sewer system connection to the street. A few years in, in 2019, I noticed that the pump was running very often. We didn't hear an alarm from the box in the basement. Our plumber referred us to F. R. Mahoney. We called them and they came out the next day. We did need to replace the pump (who knows when it was installed or serviced) and during the replacement they made sure that the alarm system was working. The other day, I heard a loud buzzing from the basement, which was coming from the alarm. We followed the reset instructions, and the system continued to work, but called to discuss the issue. Since it had been 7 years, and we had never had it serviced, we wanted a service anyway. Tim came out a few days later, and discovered a few damaged parts, which he replaced (instead of telling us we needed a new pump), thoroughly cleaned the whole unit, and then tested the system. As others have said, he explained what he was doing, what had caused the problem, and did it with a smile!. Can't say enough about this company's pleasant and efficient response. We have learned that a service call every 2-3 years should prevent a big failure. Recommend them without reservation.“

“I have a steam boiler and the piping in my house is OLD. There was a very messy pipe burst on Monday. I called, they came and realized it would be a big job. They assessed what would need to be done and let me know they would need to gather the right sized pipes etc (OLD weird sized pipes!). Showed up first thing Tuesday morning and not only fixed it all, they also finished cleaning up the mess caused by the burst pipe. Highly recommend!“

“My review is overdue as Elijah at Prosolutions Bath and Boiler made a few trips to my family's home in February 2026. We had a variety of repairs and improvements to be done, some of which needed to be coordinated with other contractors. Elijah was seemless in matching his schedule and completing his work in concert with the other happenings ay my house. Elijah repaired a leak at our main shut-off valve, capped a pipe that needed to be resealed, adjusted a wonky shower control, installed a new ADA-compliant toilet, and extracted and reinstalled our finicky old dishwasher from the kitchen counter so some other repairs could be made to the wall behind it. This meant three visits and lots of patient work by Elijah. He worked carefully, efficiently, and with meticulous detail to each task, all while entertaining us with his endearing personality and melodious voice singing while he worked. At the end, Elijah always cleaned his entire workspace and made tested his work for my satisfaction. He gave hard labor for a very fair wage and was quite dependable and skilled. They’ve redone all my plumbing in one house, water heater replacement etc. outdoor water faucets for hoses. most recently redid 2 bathrooms - toilets, faucets, shower heads etc. he’s also fixed my heating system that no one else could figure out. they do it all. And they respond, show up on time, keep to themselves, clean up and charge fair rates. Would recommend to anyone.“

“When our hot water heater died we called Anthony at AJM Heating and Plumbing and got a quick response and two fair estimates from some pictures we sent. We moved forward and Anthony's colleague Chris was over in about 30 minutes to prep the old water heater for removal while Anthony sourced the replacement. Both men were friendly, professional, and efficient. They answered our questions and carefully removed the old heater then brought in the new one which was soon up and running. A quick call in the morning got us warm water in the afternoon! “This was my second time working with Peri from Proto Home Service, and once again the experience was excellent. Peri is consistently courteous, communicative, knowledgeable, and sincere. When we had a significant water leak caused by weather, and he took the time to understand the situation in detail and scheduled a visit promptly. He kept me fully informed and arrived exactly when he said he would.

At the last minute, I also asked if he could upgrade some bathroom hardware. When I was about to purchase a bunch of parts, he explained the repair vs. replace cost equation, quickly advised me on what was actually necessary so I would not spend money unnecessarily.
