“I just wanted to leave a quick review on Claude Dubord & Sons septic service. This was my first time dealing with a septic tank. They showed up first thing in the morning as I was unprepared. I promised I would have my lids dug out. I thought I marked out my tank lids last week. Turns out they were just rocks. I apologized for not being ready and told him I’d reschedule when I found them. The driver patiently said “don’t worry, I’ll help you find them.” He found both lids within minutes without having any house plans. He told me he’d go pump another house in the area, and give me a chance to dig up the lids. The driver returned and pumped the system with no issues.
