Best day ever. i found company: Brockton Plumbing HVAC on google, filled out the online form, and asked for next day plumbing service. within minutes, i got a call saying same day was open. shortly after, chris arrived, checked the clogged drain and pipes, and got right to work. he was great, kept me updated on each step, and explained the plumbing issues in simple terms as they came up. sadly, it was not an easy job, but he stayed with it, troubleshooting, testing, and trying again until the blockage was cleared. in the end, he fixed it and the pipes were flowing properly again. whew. great service, fast response, and very professional from start to finish.
chris was a top notch plumber. Not only did he answer all my questions and replace my water heater quickly, he was genuine, easy to talk to, and very down to earth. He found that my old water heater was not installed correctly and took the time to explain how each part worked and why the new setup would run better and safer. The best part of the whole experience was that he handled the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new water heater in one visit, which made everything simple and stress free. While I was really stressed about a plumbing leak, the friendly office staff at Brockton Plumbing HVAC answered my call right away, explained things clearly, and helped me feel calm. Chris came out to inspect my home and was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He checked the plumbing carefully, answered all of my questions, and even showed me the areas he was inspecting so I understood what was going on. I appreciated how honest, patient, and thorough the whole process felt. It truly felt like they cared about my home and treated me like family. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Brockton who needs leak detection or plumbing help.
