“Upon arrival at the UMass Endoscopy Center at 21 Eastern Ave., from the intake in the reception area to discharge, I was treated very well. Everyone was kind and took my stress and worry level from a pending panic attack to joking and laughing. The staff is fantastic at what they do and run like a well oiled machine but they never forget that you're a person first. You never feel like you're just a number. When I got into the procedure room, Dr. Houghton came in. She introduced herself, explained the procedure, how long it would take and what would happen throughout the whole thing. She also told me she'd be back in to explain any findings and followup afterwards. Again, my stress level was almost nothing because she and her team were funny and sincere. I felt like I was amongst family and that made me less anxious. After both procedures, Dr. Houghton came back in, explained what she found and what was done. Again, she calmed any concerns I had and told me exactly when she would call with any results. I left there feeling like I had the best care. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Houghton and have already told several of my friends and family members to go there if they need to schedule a visit with a great GI doctor. The staff and nurses at the 21 Eastern Ave location were nothing short of FANTASTIC!!!! Like the review before me, I'd go back tomorrow if I had to without an anxious bone in my body!“

“I would like to thank the ED nurse Rosemary who made sure I was well taken care of when I went in and ended up staying all day after finding out I had to have emergency surgery for my gallbladder. She made sure I was pain free until a op room was available. I have a few terrible experiences in the past. But she was a wonderful nurse even though she was very busy made sure she did her best.“

“Landmark provides outstanding in home patient services. It has been a huge blessing for my mother as well as myself as her caregiver. They are prompt in returning calls and getting someone out to see her. The NP we have had here twice within two weeks was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the medical issue my mom was having. She spent a great deal of time assessing her needs, taking samples and delivering to the lab, and explaining every step of the way what she was doing and why. My mom was extremely comfortable with her and relieved to received such wonderful care right in her own home. I will also add that the NP took time with me and listened to my concerns about my mom and addressed those as well. We appreciate what Landmark has to offer, and truly could not ask for more attentive, compassionate, and skilled medical professionals when in need. We would rate Landmark and their staff at way above a 10 star service. The care my mom has received has been top of the line all the way.
