Service was fine. Paid for the service and continued to receive bills for over a month. The mobile pay does not work, their online pay did not show a balance, and their phone line required a 20 minute wait to reach a representative. One of the least professional billing departments I have worked with. This reflects very poorly on the practice.

Received a fraudulent bill 4 months after a service (which was fully paid for at time of service), their billing department does not seem to answer the phone or return calls - will be reporting them to the MA Attorney General's office for fraud
