My PCP retired so I was stuck with the nurse practitioner Andrea Turbide. When I went in for my physical, I felt that she did not give me a proper physical she was not thorough at all. Before she entered the room, a girl took my vitals, and noticed that my blood pressure was high and throughout my physical Andrea did not mention this at all.She asked me if I do my own tests in the back of my mind I’m like “you’re the nurse aren’t you supposed to perform the test during a physical”How am I supposed to know what to feel for?I feel that the time I spent with her if she was not referring me to someone she was just dismissing me.I’ve changed my PCP and couldn’t...read full review
I really cant reccomend this place. Ive been here a long time and theyve done next to nothing for me. Dont download mychart youll get bills you never had before. I got a medicare statement saying the maximum I may be billed is 0 yet I got billed 50 something for the visit and 10 for xrays I never had to pay that stuff before. All to be told to take miralax. Called about the bill we dont know call medicare, they dont know and make something up..two different billing figures. The pcp I had before (leominster) left the practice...i couldnt ever see her anyways and always saw a nurse. I didnt know where else I should go stayed here its a big company, getting sicker and sicker....read full review
