I scheduled an appointment here and was told I would have to wait ~2 months to be seen. That was okay until, apparently, my appointment was canceled and I was never reached to be notified. Luckily, finding it strange that I didn't get any communication I called and was told by an operator the morning I was supposed to be seen. Now I won't be seen and have wasted 2 months thinking I had an appointment. Sadly, previous comments about poor organization seem to be true.

Workers are incredibly disrespectful to their patients, and most of all their employees IN FRONT OF their patients. I have been to this office for my child many times. This is the second time I have see this worker named “Amanda” in pediatric, disrespect her coworkers. She has an awful attitude and seems to never want to actually do any work required from her. If I worked there I would never want to work by her side. Someone should really reevaluate the people they put in power at this establishment. Continuing to see this women’s awful attitude makes me reevaluate if I want my child going to this particular reliant office.

Bad service staying more than half hour to get ana point meant in the phone ending by hang up the phone and we I did second call keep transferring the call to couple department people don’t know how to get patients in
