The hospital is great, most of the staff are
very professional and nice. My only qualm is the call directory, when you call for Worcester you get sent to Leads they transfer you to the wrong department in Worcester and then have to get bounced around a little bit. Had a my deviated septum and the student Dr. tried jamming the camera through it and damn near had me jumping off the chair ready for a fight. Ended up needing a surgery. The chiropractor team is top notch, super helpful and willing to educate and take the time to explain why certain issues are pattern or posture related
Since moving back to Central MA this VA clinic has been my go to clinic for any non primary care work I've had done. The whole health center here is amazing. Specifically the chiropractor work here is wonderful. Definitely helps to relieve that stress and pain I have connected to my back and leg issues. Great clinic, awesome people and a really great facility.
Plenty of parking available - exclusively for the VA clinic. As you enter, you'll find facility wheelchairs, tables and vending machines alongside the elevators. To the left, there's a manned quick check-in station. I received excellent treatment from my new PCP, I felt heard as she addressed my concerns.
