I had such a pleasant experience today at WHCM. I went in SO nervous as it had been some time since I’ve gone to the GYN. From the moment I checked-in, I was met was the kindest people. The woman who checked me in was friendly and timely. My nurse, Leah, was kind as she completed the intake process. My appointment was with Dr. Surette and he took time to answer any questions and address my concerns. While completing my exam, he explained everything he was doing and Leah came back in during the exam as well. I went in SO nervous and left feeling empowered and confident.
