“I have been a client of Debra's for only a few months, and, boy, do I wish I had found her years ago. She is skilled in many different techniques to align the body and prevent pain. She understands how to tune into her clients and provide what they need. Her space is welcoming and clean. I have been seeing Debra because I am having an issue with my pituitary gland and a former injury to my tailbone.
She not only heals me through cranial, tuning forks and cupping, but she explains how my body works better than my primary care doctor! Give yourself a gift and get an appointment with Debra!!“

Over the years I have worked with a number of personal trainers and by far Peg's the best.She is always prepared with my personalized workouts focusing on proper form, technique and breathing!!Peg is always engaging and encouraging which has given me a true sense of accountability. Beyond her training she offers sound insight on nutrition and overall wellness.Peg has helped me both mentally & physically regarding my health & fitness.More recently I've started a weekly session of Yoga with Peg which has been a great addition to my workouts.Not only has it asisted with my flexability but it's allowed me to be focused and mindful of the present moment, something I've always struggeled with.Peg's been great and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!“

“Really liking my experience here. Conveniently located at Lynnfield Market with tons of parking. You book on their app, check-in on the ipad, pick your reformer and go to work.

Steph is an incredible instructor; she eats, breathes, and lives Pilates—and it shows. She is a fantastic motivator and highly entertaining. Most importantly when I leave class I feel good. The next day my entire tummy is on fire; not just lower or upper—the ENTIRE fleet of abdominal muscles are cooked. I call it delayed onset of muscle soreness. Steph is the best!

Connie (GM) and Becky have been very accommodating, and I am very grateful.

“I have been a client of Michele's for over 20 years! I have been to other massage therapists before her, at spas and such, but no one could ever compare to the expertise and skill she possesses. We often would joke that she "performs surgery" on areas of my body to correct the problem. She has "magic' hands, she can sense where she needs to focus her massage. Every session is unique depending on what you need. She also goes above and beyond to make sure you get a healing of your body, mind and spirit. She calls this the Julian Method. She will spend time with you to show you stretches, exercises etc... she truly believes in a holistic healing. I don't know what I would have done without Michele in my life all of these years. She has helped to get my body through car accidents, pregnancies, various other injuries, daily stress and aging. She is a dedicated enthusiastic healer and I am so fortunate to have her in my life.“

“At least four years ago I began my yoga practice with Anne Marie.I wrote a review of her class in the Central Square MASS Ave studio back then commenting on her extraordinary skill and what a warm and very good teacher she isIf I were to add anything to that review today, I would say all those previous attributes continue to be true in abundance and in addition Anne Marie is amazingly flexible. We have continued our practice (remotely) throughout the pandemic. I now practice with her twice a week and find that it is a true mind body experience. Our classes build from one session to the next. They change from season to season. Anne Marie’s instructions are always clear and she often gives two or three options reminding the students that we are to listen to our body and to be kind to it. And above all we need to breathe.Perfect advice from a wonderful teacher in a challenging time.If you are feeling you are missing something in your life as we move through not quite normal times, try to sign up for a class!“

“I started at Club Pilates 3 months ago and my experience has been very positive so far! I can feel myself getting stronger and more toned. I highly recommend Angela as an instructor - she kicks my ass every time (in the best way possible!) She gives clear instructions, varies the workouts every week, gives individualized help with your form, and motivates you to keep going while keeping the vibes light and fun. You do have to be somewhat strategic when booking classes off the app since they fill up quick, but even when I've been 7th on the waitlist I've been pulled into the class. I always go about my day assuming I'll be pulled into every class I'm waitlisted, that way there's no surprises. Overall would definitely recommend if you're looking for a fun way to get in shape :)“

“Clean and staff are super friendly. Welcoming environment for people at different levels of experience and fitness.

Did a few training sessions with Ben. Has a very wholistic approach to fitness and is very flexible adapting workouts to different needs/goals. Really enjoyed the sessions, learned valuable technique improvements and exercises I'll incorporate into my normal routine.

My only critique is it is a bit small and you'll need to be aware of workout classes scheduled on the main floor. Can get kind of crowded especially by the squat racks.“
