The staff is consistently described as kind, accommodating, and talented. The staff at the front desk is always so friendly at check-in. Customers go biweekly for a lash fill with Monique in the spa, and she is always so accommodating and professional, making the experience as relaxing as possible. Monique is described as awesome, very meticulous and talented, easy to talk to, and making the appointment very comfortable. The gym is great for people who take their workout seriously and want to do it in a nice space, with lots of good equipment and variety to avoid getting bored. It's clean, and the services beyond the workout are yet to be explored.
I’ve been going to Life Time in Medford for a while now, and Sean/Shawn consistently stands out as one of the best employees there. From the moment you walk in, he brings great energy, professionalism, and a genuinely positive attitude that makes the gym feel welcoming. He always takes the time to say hello, answer questions, and make members feel valued.

I’ve been a member at Lifetime Medford since it first opened, and for a long time it really felt like a great place... clean, welcoming, and incredibly convenient. It became a big part of my routine and a space I genuinely looked forward to spending time in, even if I have to drag myself there.
Over the past few months, though, I’ve noticed some changes that have been hard to ignore. The overall cleanliness doesn’t feel as consistent as it used to, lots of clogged showers, no soap in the dispensers, and there seems to be a lot more staff turnover, which has shifted the energy of the space.
