1415 Main St, Tewksbury“Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.“

No matter how many times I called or sent emails, Dr. Parsley or someone from her team replied and was always helpful. Kara C., was the best tech and took so much time with us. I cannot speak highly enough about Mass Vet!“

He was thoroughly examined and the issue was taken care of with expertise. I was given thorough instructions for his care and all my questions were answered. I have been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and I would recommend them.“

215 Mansur St, Lowell“My dog Spike is 15 years old, and we brought him to Belvidere Veterinary Hospital because of his anxiety. But here we found so much more — care, compassion, and hope. Acupuncture has made a huge difference in his comfort and quality of life, helping with joint pain and IVDD. We also get help for other senior doggie problems, and Dr. Cramb has guided us every step of the way. The staff treat Spike like family, and we are so grateful for everything they’ve done to help him enjoy his days again.“

141 Winthrop Ave, Lawrence“I was able to check in at my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist and front office staff were ALL very friendly to myself and my dog. Short wait and was escorted in to meet with the Vet. The facility was clean and free from odor. My Veterinarian is Dr. Julie Haller who is ALWAYS thorough, kind and untrusted. She reviewed old records, asked about updates and any concerns. Dr.Haller was caring and thoughtful. I have been a customer of Bulger Animal Hospital for twenty years and have never been disappointed. I refer the business to friends and family. My only concern is cost which can be higher than other veterinary practices.“

212 Main St, North Reading“staff are professional and very caring toward their clientele.
I have had my dogs going there since 1998 when Joan Barufaldi was still alive. I have always had good experience there even when the difficult time came to say good bye to our former pets. The staff are compassionate and skilled.“

1500 Gorham St, Lowell“PSA: Angels work Here!
After my neighbor passed away unexpectedly, I took responsibility for caring for her cat, Liyla, who was found severely malnourished. I brought her in immediately because I was deeply concerned about her weight and the condition of her coat, which was badly matted.
Dr. V and her entire team are truly exceptional. Dr. V was honest and compassionate when explaining Liyla’s condition, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t want to give up on Liyla, but I also didn’t want to prolong her suffering if it was her time. Dr. V let me know there was still hope if we were willing to fight and I absolutely was. I’m thrilled to share that Liyla is now back to her beautiful, diva self. Her mats are gone, she has gained significant weight, and she’s keeping her food down. None of this would have been possible without Dr. V and her incredible staff.
It’s immediately clear that everyone here genuinely loves animals. During Liyla’s first visit, they shaved her mats (which she desperately needed). At her follow-up appointment, they even groomed her, something I’m sure she protested, as she hates water but once she got home, she couldn’t stop rubbing against everything. She was clearly feeling herself, and I’m so grateful to the staff for going the extra mile and spoiling her.
I also want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team. Both of you have been an absolute pleasure to speak with every time. You’re thorough, patient, and always make sure I fully understand her medications and follow-up care plus you offer helpful tips that truly make a difference.
I can’t recommend this practice enough. If you’re looking for compassionate, knowledgeable care for your pet, this is the place to go.“

112 Burlington Mall Road, Burlington“I've taken my ten-year-old Golden Retriever, Bailey, to PetMedic Burlington - Urgent Care Vet Clinic three times, twice for an ear infection and another when he injured his hind leg. The staff was great with Bailey. The vet techs and doctors make him feel so at ease that he doesn't mind going if he needs to, which is refreshing because he usually doesn't like going to the vet.❤“

Communication is excellent—clear, thorough, and never rushed. I especially appreciate how thoughtful and reasonable the treatment plan was, with a smart approach for both immediate needs and the long-term future. We’ve had great experiences with everyone at the practice and feel very confident in their care.“

Luis and Mary were awesome to work with and answered any questions we had while also teaching us new techniques and excersises we can do at home and in our pool to maintain our boys range of mobility, strength and endurance as he ages. We are so happy we found good dog and plan on bringing him back again in the winter months to maintain his health the best way possible. Thank you again to Luis and Mary and we highly recommend you visit them too!“

I feel lucky to have found them for my old dogs have a lot of health problems and being in good competent and caring hands eases my worries dealing with aging dogs with a lot of health issues.“
8AM - 4PM
1312 Main St, Reading“To start off with I have to say the doctors, vet techs, and door greeters are great. There is a lot of staff and a few I assume are administrative. The new office is very attractive. After reading some of the reviews I can see that some of the cons are unfair because in any practice of medicine there are protocols and to make a diagnosis you do need to perform test to rule out other probable causes and many people do not understand that. I brought my dog to the clinic and was satisfied with the care. I came only because it wasn't corporate, and the Middlesex Animal Hospital closed, and its great DMV referred me. I do believe the care is superior to corporate care BUT the costs are extremely high, but I guess if you want high end service you must pay high end prices. If you are a senior and on a fixed income this is not the place for you. To sum it up, docs, techs and door greeters are very friendly and caring. If you are on social security and a fixed income this place is not for you. I was lucky enough to return to my original vet because he reopened his practice, and he has an exceptional reputation around my area and pricing for those financially constrained is affordable.“

“I love Shawsheen Animal Hospital! I’ve been going here for over 15 years with all of my dogs and I’ve always appreciated the compassion, patience, knowledge, and care that they provide. The staff is always welcoming whenever I go in with either of my dogs and their friendliness and service is unmatched. I no longer live in Tewksbury but continue to bring my dogs there because I trust them so much and don’t care to go anywhere else! Highly recommend them if you’re local and looking for a new vet.“
