Seen for emergent dog care and I would go back. The staff were all great. Vet explained the treatment plan and range of services we may need. Unfortunately one the service (ultrasound) needed the following day was not available that weekend, can't remember if it was just for that weekend but we were transfer to their sister hospital the next day. Pet emergency can be expensive, get pet insurance if you can afford it because some will cover costs.
Brought our 9yo golden in with a cough, no appetite, sluggish and other symptoms. They took us right in, triaged her and ran various other tests. They were very thorough and she is feeling much better today. Still has some mending to do but very appreciative of the care received.
I was able to check in at my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist and front office staff were ALL very friendly to myself and my dog. Short wait and was escorted in to meet with the Vet. The facility was clean and free from odor. My Veterinarian is Dr. Julie Haller who is ALWAYS thorough, kind and untrusted. She reviewed old records, asked about updates and any concerns. Dr.Haller was caring and thoughtful. I have been a customer of Bulger Animal Hospital for twenty years and have never been disappointed. I refer the business to friends and family. My only concern is cost which can be higher than other veterinary practices.
