Skye my 120 pound Rottweiler tends to get quite anxious about vet visits, despite being incredibly friendly. She's cautious when meeting new people, so finding a welcoming environment was a priority for us. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the level of care given to my dog. The two assistants were exceptionally kind and attentive, which helped her feel comfortable and significantly reduced her anxiety. Dr. Joe was fantastic—knowledgeable and reassuring, taking the time to address all my concerns thoroughly. The check out process was fast allowing me to get in and out with ease. The clinic itself was spotless and well-organized, adding to the overall positive experience. I’m thrilled to have found this place and will certainly return for all my veterinary needs! “Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.“

It’s especially clear that Luis has been doing this work for many years, his expertise shows in everything he does and gives you a lot of confidence throughout the process!

What we really appreciated is how involved they include you as an owner. They take the time to explain the exercises and make sure you understand how to continue them at home, so you feel equipped to support your dog’s recovery between sessions. It truly feels like a team effort!

“I still take my pets here, and my fosters. I take my pets here for their annual check ups and medication prescriptions for them. They do care about your pets. Anything serious, I take them to the ER, Riverside doesn't have overnight care, and I have a cat with asthma, but they really took good care of him when he was first diagnosed.“

He recently had an emergency and I ended up having to take him to Boston but Dr Magnesun called to check in and see how he was doing and what was happening! “I was able to check in at my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist and front office staff were ALL very friendly to myself and my dog. Short wait and was escorted in to meet with the Vet. The facility was clean and free from odor. My Veterinarian is Dr. Julie Haller who is ALWAYS thorough, kind and untrusted. She reviewed old records, asked about updates and any concerns. Dr.Haller was caring and thoughtful. I have been a customer of Bulger Animal Hospital for twenty years and have never been disappointed. I refer the business to friends and family. My only concern is cost which can be higher than other veterinary practices.“

“I was able to get an appointment the day I called and everyone was very nice. We were brought into the exam on time and the tech and veterinarian were wonderful with my dog. He was thoroughly examined and the issue was taken care of with expertise. I was given thorough instructions for his care and all my questions were answered.
