“I called Dr Walsh on a Sunday evening during a snow storm . The hospital was closed but , he answered the phone and agreed to meet me at the hospital .My poodle was experiencing urinary tract infection symptoms .(bloody urine )He was able to treat my dog and give me the appropriate medications needed . My dog was looking and feeling better the next morning.I really appreciated his kindness and arriving quickly to help . I would have waited hours any other place . Thank you ?“

“I have been going to Dr Walsh for 18 years. I started with my Boxer who was 10 when she passed from a heart attack and now I have 4 dogs all different ages and he takes excellent care of all of them. He brings us in immediately whenever there is a problem. They are not rude people they are very warm and considerate people who will do anything for their clients. They just have quirky personalities that I guess could be taken as rude to some people but that is not their intention. As for his office being outdated, that doesn’t make him a bad vet, he is an older vet and he is very honest and direct. I always appreciate his honesty because he is not afraid to send you to a specialist if the problem is more severe than he can handle. My family loves him and his staff and when he retires , it will be a loss to us.“

“Last night I had to bring my dog to AMC in Nashua . I was extremely impressed by this place ! The facility is very clean and well kept . I was greeted by a woman at the front deck that was very nice and helpful. She even gave me a cup of tea out of her own stuff to make me feel more comfortable. I was brought into a room where I meet the vet tech along with the doctor. They were kind, understanding.and easy to talk to . The doctor( Dr Mackenzie ) took a lot of time explaining things to me with a lot of compassion. I would ? percent recommend this place! Thank you for taking such good care of Bailey.“

“I had to take my little dog in for a checkup because she was coughing and hacking and coughing for almost 3 weeks with no let up .. I was full of fear thinking the worst thinking that she may have cancer. she's also a 15-year-old terrier mix. They explained everything to me step by step what they were going to do to her and made sure that I understood everything that they were doing and what they were talking about.After I spoke to the doctors my anxiety lessoned tremendously. I guess what I'm trying to say is they really care because they know that your pet is your life ..your family.. your best friend.. and it's hard to find veterinarians that have so much compassion and kindness for what you are going through with your pet. I've been to many in my years growing up and may I say I've never found one like this. I tell everybody I know about this place and to try them out for yourself and see the results you will not be disappointed.“

“Dr. Walker and the rest of the staff were amazing when my sister was faced with the hardest decision she had to make for her dog. He made sure all questions were answered, all options were covered and even waited for our family to gather and say our good byes. Dr. Walker’s kind words during the process can only be described as compassionate. He even called my sister a few days later to check in on her. “We are so grateful that we were referred to Animal Cancer Care Specialists by Hampstead Animal Hospital after our beloved pup received his cancer diagnosis. The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Romansik delivers compassionate care with realistic expectations. He is very respectful of every type of budget, and gives care and treatment options/recommendations based on what you can actually afford.When we first got the diagnosis, we called several area clinics that specialize in cancer care. Some of them wouldn't let us talk to anyone other than the front desk, who couldn't give us any information at all. “I’ve been coming to this practice for about 3 years now, first with my cat then with my English bulldog. We’ve seen both Dr. Mockler and Dr. Roe and both were absolutely fantastic. My bulldog is a frequent flyer and they always take amazing care of her! They answered all my questions and were always super responsive to any of my concerns regarding my pets health. The front desk staff is super friendly, accommodating, and pleasant as well. We just moved out of the area and are so sad to leave this practice but I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the area!!!“

“I took my 2 year old bully to get his ears checked for an ear infection and some allergies... EVERYONE in the team was sooo awesome and caring of my love bug. My bully seems scary at first but they soon found out how sweet he really is he is feeling so much better already and he was just seeing on 1/5/24. I recommend this place 10/10. They were so caring and super knowledgeable. My dog came out of there with cheese on his nose hahah ?, they loved him back there. Thank you guys! “

“I had to bring my cat Murray in for a second visit today 1/21/24 because he got too spicy for his annual check up. I changed out his carrier for a carrier swaddle bag to keep him calmer. The office staff were amazing, treating my boy with care and consideration for his anticipated attitude. I was more stressed than the cat. I called before bringing him in, reception made sure he could go straight back. I hovered at the desk listening for Murray to act up and again reception never once made me feel like I was out of line or in the way. (A lovely girl with pink hair, I'm sorry I didn't ask her name) Murray was grumbly but (prayers answered) he made it thru his appointment and we got him back home to his happy place. Thank you to all who worked with my boy today to keep him healthy.“

“They made me very comfortable. I had to put down my cat and they help me make the right decisions for him. The doctor was extremely nice. Receptionist was a little impatient. Didn't seem to have any empathy. But the veterinarian was extremely caring and patient for a process that was extremely hard for me.“

“If you're looking for a vet that is honest, and treats your animals like they're their own, Lowell Rd Vet is it. Lord Boba is my actual child, and I only wanted the best care. I did extensive research on the vets in the area before I moved here and this was the one that I landed on. From reception, to the techs, to the Drs - everyone is amazing. They remember us, and love on my little guy. And it's not just because he's a puppy, I've seen them love all over a golden senior before too! They answer all my insane questions, and always answer their phone line and emails. Lord Boba gets PUMPED when we pull into the parking lot because he knows he's seeing all his friends. He's not scared of anyone here, and runs to see them with his little booty wiggling away. Our first vet tech was Isaac. He is so gentle and nurturing and made a lasting impression for myself, and obviously Lord Boba as well. Our Dr is Dr Stroganoff. She is SO sweet, loving and patient with my wild little man. Always takes the time and answers any of my questions. She's also popped her head in to say hi to us even on just a tech visit! Courtney has been our tech multiple times and is SO fun and exciting for Boba. She's amazing at her job and you know she's passionate about animals and their well-being. She's a wealth of knowledge and Lowell Rd is incredibly lucky to have her on the team. Brooke has actually never been our tech, but has checked us in almost every time and always is the one to answer the phone on my crazy questions. She's never made me feel silly about asking anything. From "can Boba eat ____??" To "should I bring more poop for testing to you guys!?". There are definitely others that we have interacted with and are also amazing- but these repeat faces for us needed a shout out. We are so excited to continue our vet care here for Lord Boba and soon my 5 year old kitty Zina. Thank you all for being such an amazing team and making me feel at total ease. I've never owned a dog that was excited to go to the vet - and this is Bobas favorite place to be.“

“We are so thankful that we found Dr. Stewart. She is helping our boy Socks with his ears and feet allergies. He had a thorough exam and treatment. She gave us meds and instructions for home care. Immediately and now 4 days after we see such a remarkable difference in him. He is calmer and happier. The staff were so pleasant. We can't thank Dr. Stewart enough for helping us help Socks! We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and so worth it. Socks has a way to go before he is healed but the ride is so worth it.“
