1 H F Brown Way, Natick“The Greater Boston School of Dance is an exceptional place for dancers to learn. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable and have a genuine passion for teaching. They ensure that students of all abilities feel valued, challenged, and encouraged to grow as they learn both the foundational skills and artistry of dance, and they keep it fun while doing so. GBSD is my daughter’s favorite place to be.
One standout feature of GBSD is the classical ballet program, which includes a curriculum is that rigorous in a developmentally appropriate way while encouraging an appreciation of the art of ballet. We also love that there is an opportunity to perform in a Nutcracker performance.
Additionally, the competitive dance program at GBSD has been an incredible experience. The program is well-organized and developed thoughtfully to elevate growth across many areas while maintaining the integrity of positivity and a healthy, supportive atmosphere where teamwork and camaraderie are encouraged and expected. My daughter has gained so much from both her recreational classes and being part of the competitive both as a dancer and a person and looks forward to her classes so much!
The recitals are always top notch and organized in a way that allows family and friends in the audience to enjoy the show and watch their dancers shine.
Finally, the countless special little touches the teachers at GBSD infuse into the dancers’ experience from cute displays at holiday times that build community to themed days and bring your grownup to dance week (just to name a few) just inspire the dancers to love dance even more.
I highly recommend the Greater Boston School of Dance to anyone looking for a nurturing, high-quality dance program with outstanding teachers.“

Trainers are available for a fee. You can usually get one or more free trial workouts. Locker and shower facilities are good. Pilates Reformer classes are slated to start soon at extra charge. Unfortunately, the swimming pool has been permanently closed.“
“Anyone looking for a Certified Massage Therapist, please do yourself a favor and call Jenny. She will read your body like a book and then apply the correct amount of pressure and technique to loosen knotted muscles and relieve stress. I always leave feeling 100% better than when I arrive.JD“
“Leslii Stevens has completely transformed my view of yoga. I had previously struggled to enjoy the practice despite trying various instructors, but Leslii finally made me fall in love with it. Her classes are inclusive and pressure-free; she utilizes tools like resistance bands and therapy balls to offer thoughtful modifications so that even if you aren't flexible yet, you never feel left behind. Her expertise is vast, covering everything from Vinyasa and Pilates to myofascial release.
Beyond the physical practice, her classes are truly healing. Her Sound Bath at Wayside brought me immense peace during a difficult time of grieving my father. I have even started prioritizing her classes over other commitments like dance classes! Leslii is a true genius, a yoga guru, and a beautiful soul. She possesses a grounding energy and a calming voice that helps you instantly leave stress at the door. I always walk out of class feeling lighter, calmer, and centered. Thank you, Leslii, for all the great work!“

5 Crystal Pond Rd, Southborough“I’ve had 2 out of the three therapists and both were excellent. However, it’s been a while since I’ve been back as it is impossible to get another appointment within a reasonable amount of time thereafter. I just looked for either a 30 or 45 min appointment and there was nothing for 5 weeks. Good for them that they’re that busy, not so good for me as I would like to have a message every 10 days or so.“
“Yes, more please! Samantha is a highly skilled practitioner and healer with a good attitude. I decided to try Thai massage for the first time. It was amazing. I came in with shoulder pain. I don't know how or what she did but before she even started working on my shoulder the pain was gone. I was really impressed with her knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics yoga and the healing arts in general. She's very good at what she, highly recommend.“

186 Main St 2nd floor, Marlborough“I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Gail to bring her onsite for yoga classes, and I can't say enough good things! She is incredibly easy to work with—professional, kind, and truly passionate about what she does. Scheduling and joining her classes is a breeze, making it accessible for everyone, whether you're a beginner or experienced. One of the best parts? You don’t have to be a member to take a class! But after meeting Gail and seeing the amazing services her studio offers, how could you not want to join?!?! Highly recommend checking it out and signing up for classes myself! 🧘♀✨“

The quirky antique home surrounded by a sweet little pond, bird song, and trees, has a sunlight filled studio with beautiful woodwork and wide pine floors.
