Hometown Sweat

I joined hometown sweat several months ago and it has been the BEST experience!! I was immediately welcomed by staff and felt 100% comfortable. I try to go to a class at least once a week, all of the teachers are wonderful and I have never been so confident in my practice as I am now. I am amazed at the progress I have made, the confidence I have in my body’s flexibility and abilities is better than ever! 100% recommend Hometown Sweat!

I just joined 2 months ago and it has been amazing so far. My first experience ever doing group classes and also anything "hot". All the instructors are so welcoming and helpful. The classes are really diverse in terms of modifications people do, too, so you don't have to feel worried about feeling like you're the person who can't keep up. Diverse attendance in age and gender, too. Highly recommend! Love it.

Hometown Sweat has really been a game changer for me. I am relatively new to yoga, pilates, and a "hot" atmosphere, and I was a little bit nervous at first.Hometown Sweat is a very inviting environment. The staff and the patrons are so enthusiastic, warm and welcoming. It is a judgement free zone. People are encouraged to focus on themselves, and modify if needed.The instructors offer you help and feedback in a constructive kind of way. They are genuine and they really care about your well-being.
