“Xhale is a true oasis. A beautiful yoga and massage studio. After a difficult day at work, Alex's candlelit hatha yoga class was the perfect antidote. “I love HOTWORX! It's the perfect place to get a great workout, even if you have a busy schedule. The gym is open 24/7, so I can always find time to go, and there's a variety of workouts with different time lengths, so I can choose the one that best fits my needs. The gym is also always clean and secure, which is important to me.I especially love the infrared saunas. They help me to sweat out toxins and burn more calories. I also find that the heat helps to reduce my muscle soreness after my workouts.The staff at HOTWORX is also very friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a smile and are happy to answer any questions I have.Overall, I highly recommend HOTWORX to anyone looking for a great workout in a clean, secure, and convenient environment.“

“The Durga Studio’s new location, 25B Stow Road in Boxborough, MA, is gorgeous! The quirky antique home surrounded by a sweet little pond, bird song, and trees, has a sunlight filled studio with beautiful woodwork and wide pine floors. The owner, Jen Sundeen, is a wonderful wholehearted yoga/meditation teacher and healer who’s gift for storytelling, gathering community, celebrating the divine feminine, Mother Earth and beauty is so needed. I cannot recommend her classes enough! Swaha!“

“Love how Ann concentrates on strength poses as well as balance poses in addition to stretch poses. She really explains each position and the areas of the body that is benefitting from them. I'm so happy she's close by. Studio is warm and relaxing.“

“I’ve had 2 out of the three therapists and both were excellent. However, it’s been a while since I’ve been back as it is impossible to get another appointment within a reasonable amount of time thereafter. I just looked for either a 30 or 45 min appointment and there was nothing for 5 weeks. Good for them that they’re that busy, not so good for me as I would like to have a message every 10 days or so.“

“COVID-19 has definitely impacted the therapeutic massage schedule that is needed for ideal wellness. The Gentle Place is open now (yay!)! I've always been 100% confident with the safe standards Donna and her team use. Now they've implemented precautions specific for SARS-CoV-2 and actually go above and beyond these for safety. The "extra steps" don't impact the therapy of massage and give me peace of mind during this challenging time. Always setting the standard!THANK YOU GENTLE PLACE!!!“

“After an unfortunate fall on black ice herniating 3 cervical discs, it took 4 months of daily PT(which continues to this day) along with 5 cortisone shots to get the severe arm/neck pain under control. However, pressure on the upper neck area and pins & needles continued with most movements of the arm. It was then I sought the help of a chiropractor 3X a week for at least a couple of months. Unfortunately, this did not help my particular problem. I then tried acupuncture with Brynn, and after 9 weekly treatments, the pins & needles are down to a slight tingling sensation only when exercising. A huge difference from what it had been! I know I need to be cautious in not moving abruptly with this condition because once the discs are out, they are out...and I can feel something is not completely normal, however, it is more pressure than pain.“

“I just started the beginner series and so far it's great! I have a pretty sedentary desk job and find it hard to break away. Couple that with bad habits formed around COVID and change was in the air. Also my wife is a Yogi and she wouldn't stop telling me how good it makes you feel. So I gave in and I'm happy to report that she's not wrong. Never is, actually. Our instructor for this series is Anne. She's thorough, explains everything and is super compassionate about each persons ability. 6 stars.“
