The yoga classes are all different and offer variety each month. The massages have been wonderful. All 3 massage therapists are excellent practitioners. I come back to Melissa for her particular massage which suits my body best. She listens and addresses my concerns, checks in frequently during the massage and leaves me reaping the benefits for days. A great experience every time! Highly recommend!”
