“Holy cow, this guy couldn't possibly be any nicer! My condo was built in 1969 and the zone valve was stuck so the heat wouldn't shut off. Charlie did some trouble-shooting over the phone (no charge) and came the following day before noon. After looking it over, he determined the system was super old and made several phone calls to find the correct replacement part which in itself hasn't been easy. He explained a bit about how the system worked (I hate not understanding this stuff!) in a simple and non-condescending way, which I really appreciate. Lastly he was very fair with what he charged me. I highly recommend him!“
