“I’ve been taking Pilates classes for about four months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a life-changing experience. Before starting, I was very nervous because I’m overweight and didn’t feel confident enough to join. I also have knee issues, which made me hesitant. But from the very first class, Laura made me feel completely comfortable.

She is incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. She takes the time to understand my body’s needs and always adjusts the exercises so they are safe and effective for me. She’s also very mindful of my knee, giving me modifications that help strengthen it without causing pain.

What I love most is how supportive she is—she encourages me without pressure, and I always leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of myself. Starting Pilates was a big step for me, and I’m so grateful I did. I can’t recommend Laura enough for anyone who’s looking for a safe, welcoming, and empowering Pilates experience. I only take the Pilates classes but she also do provide other fitness services.“

“I cant say anything bad about LA Fitness. I got an awesome rate. Once I left my toiletries behind and they secured it for me. They had all the machines I wanted. Clean. Friendly. Good location. We moved offices so I didnt need to go anymore since we are far out of the way.... but I wouldnt hesitate to re-enroll. and Ill miss y'all....best regards. Ray“
