Absolutely fantastic! I rented a portable AC unit during a hot spell when my central AC was not working. On the Friday of July 4th the unit was leaking water on my carpet, they had a repair person out within an hour. Every phone call and interaction was very professional and pleasant.
I give them 5 stars for outstanding customer service.
We have been renting party supplies, from tents to linens, from this location for years, and I have consistently been impressed by the professionalism, care, and friendliness of the staff. They always ensure that everything is properly set up and ready for use. I commend all of them, particularly Ryan, who promptly measured our driveway on short notice.
Great business. I rented a boom lift for a siding job, the machine had issues but i didn't know until I got to the job site. They gave me another one that worked great and gave me an extra day to use it.
The staff are extremely helpful and kind. I will continue to do business there. They will be my first stop for any equipment rental and I live 45 minutes away!
