We rented a mini excavator from TJ's at their Hadley store. Michael is truely a nice guy, who are ready to help the moment we call him about some situations. Frank and Nick are also so helpful. We highly recommend renting from them. We definitely will come back and rent from TJ's again

June 2022- I rented through TJ's for a 20x40 tent, chairs and tables. The employees are very friendly and all but lack in communication and getting back to their customers. We received our tent on Friday for a graduation on Saturday and were highly disappointed in the quality of the tent. The set up guys were quick which didn't give us a chance to go outside and check out the tent fully built before they left, so by the time we got out there to check it out, TJ's was already closed. I was responsible for renting tents for long-term use as outdoor classroom space at North Star. Jim and Nick have been incredibly helpful and very responsive! We've had a few high wind events and they have sent their capable workers out immediately to batten down the straps. Highly recommend TJ's!
