Been working with Modern (formerly Premier) for a number of years now to control carpenter ants in and around our house. They always notify us of upcoming treatments, are great about adapting their schedule to our needs, and will go out of their way to provide great service (spraying around the base of a carpenter-ant-infested oak tree free of charge, for example, or removing a large wasp nest that we didn’t even realize we had!). Eric was our guy today and he was fabulous. He found bait traps that had been ‘lost’ in our attic and furnace rooms, reentered them into the system and rebaited them. He checked everywhere and gave us hints on how to help lessen our mouse problem. Even our cat liked him! Will definitely ask for Eric next visit.Services: Home inspection
