I am writing this review with immense gratitude for Drs. Kellen T. McCaffrey and Madison Smith. While it has taken me a little while to express my feelings, I believe it's never too late to acknowledge exceptional care and compassion.Recently, my family and I faced an incredibly emotional situation as our beloved pet chicken fell critically ill. I took my dog here for the first time this evening. Last weekend I called a dozen vets for an urgent appointment. Most didn't have appts until May. Never been anywhere so welcoming and easy to talk to. Not to my mention that my dog has a complex personality and high anxiety. They were amazing with her and took there time. Never once felt rushed. I can thank them enough!

Very nice staff, super helpful. Brought my rats there for surgery and they did a great job even found a second one I didn't know about on one of the babies.Very reasonable prices too!
