“Omg! Omg! I cannot recommend Brenda at Untangled Tails enough. After working and grooming all day she gave her time, Love, and expertise to groom a dog in desperate need. I was there and watched for myself how Brenda diligently and loving groomed this poor dog who was cast matted head to toe, literally he was being chokes but the fur around his neck. I was told by vet that he would need to be put under anesthesia just to be able to groom him due to the severity of his condition. 3 plus hours later and this beautiful dog has a new lease on life, thanks to Brenda. I still am in awe of Brenda and the care and work she does for these beautiful fur babies. She is the kindest soul. Thank you again Brenda.“

“I have brought my Brittanypoo for grooming every 3-4 months and everyone there is great. I am so surprised that I was told she would be ready in 2 hours and it was 5 hours later when I got her. She was definitely traumatized, vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days after.She also had to be treated for a shoulder injury. Xena is a handful I know but I schedule her early am to minimize the trauma, I called and was told she was to nervous and had to be worked on slowly and my husband was told there had been equipment problems. I don’t know what happened that day but I am afraid to bring her back. Xena gets car sick so I bring her there because it’s 5 minutes from my home, I wish they had called me to come and get her until they could focus on her. I am disappointed and discouraged and fearful that I won’t be able to get her to go back. They were always kind and careful with her and protected her ear problems and bad Matt’s it was an overall bad day for them but Xena paid the price. I do recommend them for a crate trained dog who isn’t fearful of the process. I guess I am an overprotective mom but she had a traumatic start in life and I do everything I can to keep her calm comfortable and safe. I write this at the urging of my Vet. and it makes me sad.“

“Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back! Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“

I’ve taken my golden retriever to a few different groomers in the past, and each time, he couldn’t wait to leave—he’d practically drag me back to the car. That all changed when we found Janell. He’s been seeing her every 6–7 weeks for the past few years, and now, when we pull into the parking lot, he lights up with excitement!

Janell does an incredible job—he always looks fantastic after a visit to Pawwsitively Clean. Her skill, care, and genuine love for animals truly set her apart. You can see it in how happy my pup is to see her. Janell is simply the best in her field! I have zero worries leaving my dog with her for his spa time!!“

“We’ve been using Doggie Jogs to walk our two chocolate labs 3x/week since 2021, and we couldn’t be happier. Our boys race across the house when they see the dog walker’s car pull up out front and wait anxiously by the back door with tails wagging. They generally walk with the same walkers who know their unique personalities, quirks, what they like and don’t like. The team is super reliable, friendly, and clearly loves dogs. Most days, other dogs from our neighborhood join the walk, which our dogs love! They not only get a good walk, but social time as well. We’ve also relied on Doggie Jogs for weekend walks when we’ve needed extra coverage, and they’ve always come through. We highly recommend Doggie Jogs to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring dog walkers!“

“I've been sending my dog Momo to Tammy and the team at Pondside for over a year now - he gets great attention, treatment and always has a fun time with his friends. Tammy has also provided grooming services that has been super helpful for a tantrum prone corgi. Great value and I know Momo is being well taken care of every time he goes“

“Petco Vaccination clinic, it was way better than when we went to a Vetco Clinic. A lot cheaper and the folks were really AWESOME at the Waltham store.
Vetco, different story. They messed my dog up and I'm still waiting on what you all are going to do. You say he has Lyme after a blood test, then, you give him meds and shots, i paid a lot of money. You schedule a follow up for 10 days later for what you said was his final Lyme shot but i went there for nothing because you were closed that day. You get that? You have me come back on a day your closed lol. So, i had to go back the next day, when i got there i was told i can't see the vet today. Well, before i left i seen the SO-CALLED VET LOL. Now i was told he doesn't have lyme and doesn't need the final shot. I'm really mad at this point. How do you not know what is going on? I still don't know if he has it or not because i can't afford to have him retested cause i have no money left. Ive called them and they won't talk with me and never call me back. What are you hiding? Now i know why my best friend Wesly was treated so bad and for something he didn't have. They don't care, if they did, we wouldn't have been treated like that and they would have at the least call me.
2 employees in the store part of the business heard my mouth and the commotion and after i left they came to me and confirmed how bad they are there. They told me they would never bring their pets there. Never going back nor is anyone i know ever going back after my poor pup was handled like a piece of meat for them to make money. I will never let this go and will keep telling everyone, until they make it right. I'm at the dog parks several times a day telling everyone. They won't even contact me.
I used my disability money for that you know. You don't love animals, and you robbed me, a disabled person. So sad!
