“I’m sharing this so that I can tell you about how wonderful A Pets Life South Shore is.

We started taking our almost 6 month puppy there in March after having a frustrating experience in another. Tobin is an Australian Shepherd/Lab Mix that we rescued from Scituate animal shelter. He’s also deaf.

This means that he can’t respond to verbal cues, and he also cannot take cues from other dogs when he plays too rough which is how dogs usually learn from each ñother.

He has been going to training since the day he came home to us. He is an exceptionally smart dog and really eager to learn and please.

At the previous Day Care, we were going to we found that every day we would pick him up a different staff would tell us something different about Tobin. It became really frustrating because we didn’t know what we should be working on with him and had hoped that they would be working with him a little bit too based on how they present themselves.

When I had finally had enough, I reached out to Colleen at A Pets Life. I brought Tobin in to meet her and some of her team and I can say for Tobin, it was love at first sight. He absolutely loves his days there and comes home happy and exhausted. Every time we pick him up, we can see how much they care about him and how well he is treated. He just spent the first two nights outside of our home using their boarding and he really enjoyed himself. “Waggey Land is the absolute best. JR and the rest of the team are phenomenal, we have two pups and the pack welcomed them with open arms. One of our pups is a bit aggressive and we were nervous that he wouldn't be able to join, but thanks to their patience and knowledgeable staff he fit right in. I got adorable pictures sent to me throughout the day. My pups would always come home tired, and mornings I would tell them it's a "Waggeyland Day" and they would get soo excited and sit by the door, waiting to be picked up. I wish I could still use their service but I moved away!“

“I highly recommend House Call Cat grooming & Spa - We have 2 coon cats that were in desperate need of a full grooming. I searched for a mobile cat groomer for months and found them! My cats were so matted and i thought that they would need to be fully shaved. Cynthia and Sabrina were a godsend - they are experienced professionals that were able to transform both cat’s with a complete grooming while keeping their fur and brining back their beauty ! They handled the difficult cats with ease and the entire experience was seamless for cats and owner. I intend to have them as part of the high maintenance regimen a coon cat requires . Both cats and this owner are relived - and happy . One was extremely matted and in pain and immediately began running around after the grooming!“

“Great place , Great Service, the one thing I can say is when we got a dog back there were maybe 6 , 7 or 8 spots that were sticking out pretty heavily where it was longer than the rest of the dog's hair. This is my first time getting a 20 l yes good“

“I used Boston Dog Butlers for 3 years to walk my dog twice a week and once a week for park play, as well as one off dog walks on the weekends. I recommend them to everyone who lives in the South End. In those 3 years, I never once had a walk cancelled.
