I had my water heater replaced by CRN and they provided an exceptional service from start to finish. Out of all the plumbing companies I spoke with, they were the most detail oriented, and made sure that they got me the most ideal product at the best price. They were quick to respond to all my queries and wanted me to be fully comfortable with all details before I signed the contract. I was incredibly lucky to find CRN when my water heater broke on a Saturday in February, leaking water all over my basement. I didn’t have a regular plumber that I’d used before, so I was frantically calling anyone who could possibly help. CRN was the first to not give me a “we can be there Monday morning” answer, and the customer service I received was excellent. They were able to move appointments around to handle my emergency issue within the hour, and quickly installed a new heater at a reasonable price.
