We had an issue with our washing machines at a building I manage in the North End. I reached out to Tavio and he returned my call almost immediately and came right our for service. He did a great job and Drainsters has great pricing.
Please read this review, I think you will find it extremely valuable. Drain cleaning and the innerworkings of pipes are one of those things that 99.9% of us don't know anything about, and we have to take the word of the professionals, and trust them to guide us to OUR best interest, not THEIRS. You can trust Drainsters to do this, and I learned along the way that this is an industry rife with people who will charge you to come out and give you an estimate (I don't care that they'll credit it towards the larger job, its a tactic to keep you from being able to compare quotes for the same work). I called Drainsters after spending $600 and two failed attempts to unclog my kitchen sink. They were very responsive, very fair pricing, professional and personable. The tech (Brandon) was the best. Explained what he was doing, Didn't stop working on the drain until he got it opened. These qualities are very hard to find these days in the service industry. Bravo to management! This is really a 10 star review. Highly recommend them.
