652 Tremont St 1 Rear, Boston“I just finished three months of PT here and had a wonderful experience. Julia was great to work with: knowledgeable, educative, attentive, personable, and fun. I had been dealing with a groin injury from rugby for about a year, and was just coming off a frustrating experience with another PT provider which felt very copy-and-paste and lacked 1:1 attention. The individualized, 1:1 sessions here were a refreshing change; Julia used a comprehensive approach to treat my injury and educated me on everything we did. I’ve come away feeling stronger, healthier and more knowledgeable about my own body, and even have a personalized gym plan that Julia developed with me over our time together. I can’t recommend Julia and The Method enough- worth every penny!“

Emily and Kyra were on board right away. Their commitment and professional dedication to my recovery was awesome. They pushed me to push myself with all of their focus, humor and kindness. The entire BSM staff are wonderful and would recommend them for any of your PT needs.“

356 Third St 2nd floor, Cambridge“Nicole at Joint Ventures is truly exceptional! After working with three other physical therapy providers, I immediately noticed how different her approach and expertise are - Nicole stands out by far. From our very first session, she understood my complex situation and provided precise, effective exercises that brought real relief right away. Beyond her clinical skill, Nicole creates a calm, supportive atmosphere that makes each appointment something I genuinely look forward to. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and progress I’ve experienced with her.“

209 Columbus Ave, Boston“I went in to see Dr. Morley with pain down my left leg that woke me up at night and would not allow me to get comfortable. I even had gone to an ER, where the doc told me it likely was just restless leg syndrome and take some Tylenol. Sure. That didn’t work. She probed and decided that some of the soft tissues were rather severely inflamed, then massaged, stretched, used some sort of electro-stimulator gizmo and gently manipulated. She then showed me hip stretches and an easy core strengthening exercise that even could be done in bed. All that gave some relief, stretching and ibuprofen that night helped reduce the pain more, and after 2 more days, the pain was gone and I could move more freely and without pain. Periodic “tune-ups” with her since then have kept the hip flexible and the pain away.“

After working with Liz, I can now bend, tie my sneakers, get in and out of a car without pain. The outcome was better than I could have hoped. Thank you, Liz.“

1620 Beacon St, Brookline“Today, I had my first professional bike fit with Dr. Brendan Connor at Wellness in Motion. I’m a 40-year-old beginner cyclist with limited hip flexibility and a sedentary office job, so I wanted to make sure my setup supported both comfort and long-term progress. Dr. Connor began by testing my flexibility and muscle function, both generally and in relation to cycling. He took time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Once we moved to the bike, we made a series of adjustments—saddle height, fore-aft position, tilt, foot placement, stance width, handlebar angle, shifter height, and shifter reach depth. He even removed and rewrapped my bar tape to get everything just right. By the end of the session, my pedaling felt smoother, my hips moved more freely, and my hands carried noticeably less weight. Dr. Connor noted that some remaining pressure might be due to core strength, which made sense given my fitness level. He plans to send me a short exercise routine to help address that. Overall, I left the session feeling much more comfortable and confident on the bike. The fitting was professional, educational, and well worth it.“

Emily (my savior) was the absolute best PT I've ever had and I've had quite a few. She was able to get me back to a point which has enabled me to return to the gym and start getting healthy again. The entire staff was friendly and professional from the time you enter until the time you leave. Thanks to all and I'm looking forward to my next injury just so I can go back.?♂️“
