209 Columbus Ave LL8, Boston“I went in to see Dr. Morley with pain down my left leg that woke me up at night and would not allow me to get comfortable. I even had gone to an ER, where the doc told me it likely was just restless leg syndrome and take some Tylenol. Sure. That didn’t work. She probed and decided that some of the soft tissues were rather severely inflamed, then massaged, stretched, used some sort of electro-stimulator gizmo and gently manipulated. She then showed me hip stretches and an easy core strengthening exercise that even could be done in bed. All that gave some relief, stretching and ibuprofen that night helped reduce the pain more, and after 2 more days, the pain was gone and I could move more freely and without pain. Periodic “tune-ups” with her since then have kept the hip flexible and the pain away.“

1 Market St # 3, Lynn“I have been attending this physical therapy office for about six months following an auto accident, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most positive parts of a very painful and challenging journey. From the very beginning, the entire team has done everything in their power to support my healing process, both physically and emotionally.
Every single staff member I’ve encountered has been nothing short of professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Over time, they have truly begun to feel like family. The front desk staff is always welcoming and incredibly helpful, making scheduling and coordinating appointments seamless and stress-free. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure I feel supported from the moment I walk in.
The therapists are exceptional. They work very closely with me, carefully monitoring my progress and adjusting my treatment plan to make sure I’m on the right path toward recovery. Their attention to detail, encouragement, and commitment to my healing have made a significant difference in my progress. They take the time to listen, explain each step of the process, and make sure I feel comfortable and confident throughout my sessions.
Joe has done an incredible job assembling such an outstanding team. His dedication and genuine care for his patients are evident in every aspect of this practice. The culture he has created is one of compassion, professionalism, and excellence, and it truly shows in the quality of care provided.
I recommend this location to everyone I come across without hesitation. This is, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and support I continue to receive here.“

70 New Ocean St, Swampscott“If there were more stars, Dr Friedman and RightSPINE Chiropractic would get them all.
When I walked into the office, I could not stand for more than 90 seconds due to a herniated disc. After the initial visit I started feeling relief (with no medication) and after three weeks (9 visits), I was back to walking 1+ hours with marked progress throughout.
Dr. Friedman sat me down, walked me through my MRI results, explained everything, and new exactly what was needed.
I could not ask for anything more!“

652 Tremont St 1 Rear, Boston“I just finished three months of PT here and had a wonderful experience. Julia was great to work with: knowledgeable, educative, attentive, personable, and fun. I had been dealing with a groin injury from rugby for about a year, and was just coming off a frustrating experience with another PT provider which felt very copy-and-paste and lacked 1:1 attention. The individualized, 1:1 sessions here were a refreshing change; Julia used a comprehensive approach to treat my injury and educated me on everything we did. I’ve come away feeling stronger, healthier and more knowledgeable about my own body, and even have a personalized gym plan that Julia developed with me over our time together. I can’t recommend Julia and The Method enough- worth every penny!“
