They are professional and take pride in their results. It is a bit high price out of pocket but definitely not more and a message or worth holding that pain with you everyday. Let them help you put that down.“

Rear of Building, Boston University Fitness and Recreation Center, 915 Commonwealth Ave, Boston“I had a fantastic PT experience here over the past year or so. My PT Olivia was very knowledgeable and professional. I learned a lot managing injuries and how to navigate the recovery process. I'm very satisfied with the level of attention and thought she put into my plan. I was able to recover from my chronic leg injuries while still running half marathons and a marathon throughout the year!
Administrative things like payments and scheduling are also pretty frictionless here. They validate your parking for the lot in the back.“

In a few short months, I've been able to live day to day and partake in my favorite exercises without feeling any back pain. What a feat!“

They’re so knowledgeable about everything you’re experiencing and put you right on track. It seems like every time I walk out, I feel so much better. Dr. Alex is so awesome to work with during chiropractic appointments. He is very personable and always makes sure you’re comfortable. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs physical therapy.“

64 Arlington St, Boston“I’d been dealing with IT band issues for 2 years and had seen other PTs before. Working with Jordan was the first time I specifically chose someone who specializes in runners, and it made a huge difference. I noticed improvement within the first week of working with him and doing the exercises he gave me, was able to get through long runs pain-free a few weeks later, and completed a marathon 8 weeks after consistently working with him.
Jordan is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and really collaborative in his approach. He was always responsive to questions (even outside of our sessions!) and helped me feel confident navigating training along the way. I genuinely don’t think I could’ve run a marathon without his help.“

19 Wexford St, Needham“My kids and I have been going here for several months (multiple days per week). My 1:1 training sessions have been excellent. Working with Adam has really motivated me to get back into shape for all the sports I like to play (primarily tennis). My kids are teens and Pure Performance has amazing programs for young athletes who want to do off field/court training with trainers who have experience working with this cohort. No matter what time of day I’m at the gym (I’m writing this in July), there are high school and college athletes working hard with their friends— it’s a great vibe. Highly recommended!“
